Horton the Elephant, the Cat in the Hat, and all of your favorite Dr. Seuss characters spring to life onstage in Seussical, Jr. Transporting audiences from the Jungle of Noot to the Circus McGurkus, the Cat in the Hat, our narrator, tells the story of Horton. Horton must not only protect the Whos but he must also guard an abandoned egg that's been left in his care. Although Horton faces ridicule, danger, kidnapping, and a trial, ultimately, the powers of friendship, loyalty, family and community are challenged and emerge triumphant!
Presented by the Youth Production Class of Asheville Community Theatre, 35 Walnut St. Asheville, Seussical, Jr will be preformed on Friday, April 3, at 7:30pm, Saturday, April 4 and Sunday, April 5 at 2:30pm. Tickets are only $5 each.
