Thirsty Monk founder and CEO Barry Bialik opened up a new restaurant featuring healthy, green salads in Biltmore Park Town Square this week. Located in the front of his Monk's Flask and next door to Thirsty Monk, Tasty Greens is open for both lunch and dinner and features cold and warm salad bowls with outdoor seating or takeout. Delivery is available through Takeout Central.
There's salads that fall in the camp of comfort foods (which will delight the kiddos - all the cheese!) and those that are healthier choices. Each option can be customized.
