The Adventure Center of Asheville is a perfect venue for family winter outdoor fun! Check out the Asheville Zipline Canopy Tours, Kid Zip Park or Asheville Treetops Adventure Park. And when the ground is dry, try out Kolo Bike Park or renting a bike to take on the many trails of WNC.
For ages 8 and over, Asheville Zipline Tours are available for 3 hours with 11 ziplines and 3 sky bridges (including our 1,200 foot side by side lines) or for 2 hours with 9 ziplines and 1 sky bridge. For ages 4 and over, try out the obstacle course in the trees, the Treetops Adventure Park with 7 aerial trails that include over 77 challenge elements. It is a perfect family activity since you have many heights to choose from.
For ages 4-10 the Kid Zip park is a fun zipline experience. With 9 ziplines and 4 climbing elements, these ziplines range from ground level to 25 feet high which is perfect for our youngest flyers!
Ride Kolo Bike Park with 4 miles of trail, 2 pump tracks, skills area and many berms, drops, tabletops and our new Littleville bike playground for our youngest shredders. We have the perfect way to spend an afternoon of mountain bike fun.
Or, if you want to head out to the many trails in the WNC mountains, you can Rent a Bike at Kolo. We have front suspension and full suspension Rocky Mountain bikes, balance bikes for the tots and dirt jump bikes to rent.
