Review:

Enjoy a beautiful drive out to Montreat to find this true gem of a playground that's perfect for nature lovers. While the playground itself is quite fun, you'll want to pack water shoes as the highlight is the creek!

There are infant swings directly across from the restrooms.

Enjoy zip lining while listening to the sound of the creek babbling. Walk across the bridge and wade right in to skip rocks and explore.

This slide is the perfect height for the toddler age group.

There is a larger play structure complete with a tunnel to crawl across, several slides, and monkey bars!

There are several benches scattered throughout the park as well as picnic tables, some covered and some open.

You can choose to swing facing the creek or face towards the play structures.

This picture shows one of the creeks that become quite popular when the weather is warm outside.

This boat makes for fabulous pretend play!

Pictures truly don't do this park justice as it's such a serene and peaceful setting.

We even enjoyed watching a family of deer scamper through the woods and stop at the creek for a quick drink (not captured in this picture but you can spot one of the deer in a reel posted on our Instagram page).
