I stumbled across Amy's Bakery on Facebook and was struck by her talent. I spent the next fifteen minutes scrolling through her page admiring the detail in her variety of cakes and cookies. I reached out to her, as my daughter was having a "Her Royal Fiveness" birthday party, and I wanted a castle or princess cake. I sent her some pictures I'd pinned on Pinterest for inspiration.

I appreciated how Amy was always so quick to respond. She offers a diverse selection of cake, frosting, and filling flavors sure to appeal to everyone.

Our daughter's cake turned out so cute and was the highlight of the party decorations. It received so many compliments, it almost broke my heart to have to cut up something so pretty. The attention to detail in the bricks, the shimmer of the castle siding, Rapunzel's braid, etc was stunning.

Her cousin declared that she wanted a strawberry flavored cake at her next birthday because this one tasted so good. In full transparency, I initially wasn't planning on eating the fondant pieces as usually while they look pretty, they don't necessarily taste that great. This wasn't the case at all. Amy makes her fondant from scratch, and it's absolutely delicious!
