Review:

Ever since discovering this park, it's quickly shot up towards the top on my list of favorites. You can easily spend several hours here exploring and playing.

There is an exercise section for adults to warm up before a walk or jog along with a covered picnic pavilion.

This section of stairs and a small spiral slide were the highlight for my newly turned two year old. He wanted to do them over and over and over.

My five year old liked testing out all the different slides, and they sure do have a lot. Notice even the fun tunnel you must crawl through to get to the other side.

I especially love that this park has parent-child swings that allow the caregiver to face their baby while swinging. It also allows you to still face the playground meaning you can swing with your younger child while still keeping an eye on older siblings.

There is a paved path leading directly from the handicapped parking spots to this wheelchair swing.

We've enjoyed several successful nature walks here. There's almost always turtles basking in the sun close to the water.

Ducks (and geese) are so plentiful here that there are even yellow duck crossing signs throughout the park.

We enjoy walking the entire trail down to see the beautiful waterfall.
