Review:
One warm morning, we headed to check another park off the list.
The first thing I noticed upon parking was the cute chalk painted designs in the parking lot. My daughter immediately took to hopping on the dolphin hopscotch board; however, she was disappointed that when we went to leave she couldn't do it again as a car had parked over top of it.
The covered picnic pavilion is located conveniently between the playground and the restrooms.
An awesome feature about this playground is that it is fully fenced in, including a gate, as well as it has a ton of slides. There is even a wheelchair accessible swing.
There are various monkey bars including a good challenge of spinning wheel ones. The triple slide is a cool feature all 3 of us enjoyed going down the slide at the same time.
My little guy was obsessed with this bridge leading to a mini slide. All he wanted to do was run across, slide down, climb back up, run across, slide down, and repeat.
There are plenty of benches spread throughout this park and two swings. My daughter did point out that there were no swings for her brother (aka the bucket seat kind), and she was quite upset about this. He wasn't bothered as he was still busy doing his bridge laps.
Walking down the gravel path, we came across a beach volleyball pit, some cool musical instruments (not pictured due to construction work at the time), and built in corn hole.
There are multiple soccer fields scattered throughout this park so you would never have trouble finding plenty of room for your kids to run around, burn off some energy, or practice kicking a ball.
There is even a nicely manicured disc golf course.
