Review:

Having recently been renovated, Magnolia Park is worth adding to your playground bucket list and is the perfect spot for beginning bike riders to practice. Within the safety of a mostly fenced perimeter, the highlight is the geometric play structure encircled by a path made to look like a real road.

Notice the traffic markings and stop sign that are a great way to introduce road rules/safety to your little one. They could practice stopping at the stop sign and looking both ways as they make each lap around the playground.

This picture shows more of the tricycle/bike/scooter path along with the swings.

In keeping with the geometric theme, even the steps are shaped like hexagons. In the background, you can see a small area to practice shooting a ball into a basketball hoop.

The main play structure has various parts to climb up and into the hexagon shaped "pods." My five year old daughter thought it was so neat to climb up into one, spread out, and pretend to take a nap.

There are two slides, one shorter and one taller. My two year old son spent the majority of his time testing them out, trying to decide which was his favorite.

You could even make a longer day of it by packing snacks/lunch to enjoy at one of the picnic tables.
