Firefly Valley Pottery Camp is a home-based pottery camp in West Asheville that runs from 10 AM - 4 PM Monday-Friday. Camp runs from June 12-August 11th, 2023. Artists ages 5-12 are welcomed to be campers and there is a helper program (50% off tuition) for ages 12-16 with application/references. We have a $50 sibling discount for full tuition artists.

Each morning, we hand build with clay and in the afternoons, we have one-on-one pottery wheel throwing lessons with a teacher. Other arts activities like wooden sculpture, acrylic painting, needle felting, cooking/baking and slip-n-slide are offered in the afternoon as well.
Firefly Valley Pottery is an entirely outdoor studio, under a 500 sq ft. covered art pavilion with a small, hypoallergenic therapy dog on site. On Friday we have an art show! For families who would like to try out Firefly Valley before camp, we also have after school classes in the spring.
