Flag Football Skills & Drills

Join us on Monday, March 20 - Thursday, March 23 from 5:30PM-6:45PM at Memorial Stadium for Flag Football Skills & Drills! 

The overall purpose of this program is to give players an opportunity to practice the fundamentals of flag football. For example: agility drills, catching, flag pulling, learn rules of the game, & more. 

We welcome all talent levels! This is a great opportunity for players who may be interested in also participating in our upcoming Spring 2023 Flag Football League.

Players will need: 

• cleats/tennis shoes
• gloves (optional)
• mouth piece
• comfortable athletic shirt and shorts
