Welcome to our new advertiser, Country Fields, Greenhouse and Gardens. Country Fields sells a wide assortment of shrubs, trees, bedding annuals, perennials, hanging baskets, as well as vegetable starts. Most of starts are grown in their own greenhouses without the use of harsh chemicals. Growing their own plants helps to keep the cost down and the savings get passed on to you with low retail prices. They also sell top grade hardwood mulch and top soil. Landscaping services they offer are planting, tree installation, mulching, grading and property maintenance.
Kevin Burkhalter, the owner, bought his first greenhouse at the age of 14. Ever since then, Kevin has expanded the business by adding more farmland, more greenhouses and a larger variety of plants and services. Country Fields has been locally owned and operated business for almost 20 years.
I have a beautiful weeping cherry tree and some newly planted shrubs as well as landscaping steps in my front yard that was done by last fall by Country Fields. I am anxious to plant some more flowers and since I do not know much about working in the flower beds Wanda at Country Fields will let me know when it is the best time. (I’ll be sure to let you know too!)
