Check out the following if you want to celebrate July 4th with Fireworks:
Downtown Asheville: Festivities start at 4pm in Park Square Park and close with Fireworks at 9:30pm. Features live music, old-fashioned games, a variety of food and a grand fireworks finale.
Tourist Baseball Game: Baseball and fireworks! Begins at 7:05pm. Fireworks follow the game. Advance tickets $10 are available at the McCormick Field box office and at theashevilletourists.com.
Lake Julian Park: Bring a lawn chair or blanket to enjoy this year’s show. Fireworks start after dark.
Black Mountain/Montreat: Montreat will host a parade at 10:30am and family fun at Black Mountain will have family fun and fireworks beginning at 7pm.
Weaverville: Fireworks at Lake Louise.
Hendersonville: Free live outdoor music 7-9pm at 201 South Main. Fireworks at dark viewable from downtown.
