Come and join us for Play & Learn! Parents/caregivers of children 3 months- 35 months in Buncombe County who are not in licensed child care are invited to attend a series of free Play & Learn sessions. Each 45 minute session focuses on pre-literacy skills for children and educational information for parents. Activities include songs, puppets, dance, games, hands-on activities, music instruments, and crafts. Children who are new to the program receive a book each week.

HOW: Please contact Grace Ragaller to register (828-350-2932) (grace.ragaller@asheville.k.12.nc.us). Registration is required and begins for new participants on May 4th. Returning participants may register beginning May 6th. Attendance is required at a minimum of 5 sessions.
Play & Learn is a program of Smart Start of Buncombe County and Asheville City Schools Preschool, with support from the Kiwanis Club of Asheville and iplay.
